Why have a health MOT?
As an individual you are probably accustomed to putting your car in for a service, your central heating boiler or perhaps the office photocopier, but you might not have considered that your body could also benefit from a similar approach! Why not invest in your health and book a health MOT with us?
Our approach
Prior to your consultation you will be requested to complete a 506 point comprehensive diagnostic questionnaire. This questionnaire follows a Functional Medicine Model ensuring that each element of body function is reviewed. The questionnaire is then used at first consultation to capture a full patient history including timeline and from this your personalised plan will be formulated.
Personalised Plan
Your personalised plan will be comprised of the following elements:
- Body Stat Analysis, with recommendations for daily calorie intake
- A food pharmacy report as to the foods best suited to your heath needs
- Recommended dietary guidelines with recipes
- Test recommendations
- Supplement programme
- Regular follow-ups and support Healthy You Programme Costs The Healthy You package costs £175.00 and this covers the initial consultation at my clinic at the Medicine Garden in Cobham, Surrey as well as 2 further 30 minute check-ups which can be in person in Surrey or via phone or skype. Supplements and tests are charged as extra items.
